🚀 The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. – Amelia Earhart
Times are tough—personally, professionally, globally. It’s easy to feel stuck, to let fear or exhaustion keep us in place.
I have learned that fear- (lower caps because the word does not deserve a capital letter) is a LIAR. Here’s the truth:
🔥 It is our reaction to adversity, not the adversity itself, that determines how our life story will develop.
If you’re in that place—wondering how to move forward—here are three simple steps to help you push through:
✅ Decide to act. The hardest part is committing. Choose one small step today, no matter how insignificant it may seem. Action creates momentum.
💡 Stick to the basics. When things feel overwhelming, focus on what you can control:
rest 💤, fuel your body 🥗, and move daily 🏃♂️.
Small habits create stability in unstable times.
🤝 Find your people. Lean on those who uplift you. If you don’t have that circle yet, seek out mentors, coaches, or communities that inspire resilience.
⏳ Hard times don’t last. But the decision to act—and the tenacity to keep going—can change everything.
If you’re in a tough season, 👀 I SEE YOU. And I believe in what’s on the other side for you.
🔹In Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 when the going gets tough, we tell each other -
¡Yo voy a tí! I am rooting for you.👏
